Therefore, you must have obtained your Work Card in 2018 or earlier;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2021, your formal remuneration must have been up to two minimum wages. In practical terms, this means you must have earned up to R$ 2,424.00 per month in 2021;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2021, you must have worked with an employment contract for at least 30 days, consecutive or not;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your information must be up-to-date by your employer in eSocial or RAIS (Annual Social Information Report).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, even if you have a formal employment contract, you will not be eligible for the PIS\/PASEP salary bonus if you meet one of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Domestic workers with formal employment contracts are not entitled to PIS benefits, according to Complementary Law 150\/2015;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rural and urban workers employed by individuals are not entitled to the PIS salary bonus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I check my PIS\/PASEP balance for 2023?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most practical way to check if you have any salary bonus funds to claim is to visit the Ministry of Economy&#039;s website using your CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) and the password you use to register on gov.br.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatively, you can call CAIXA Cidad\u00e3o customer service at 0800 726 0207. The call is free.
