Ak je \u017eena nezamestnan\u00e1, suma bude predstavova\u0165 jednu minim\u00e1lnu mzdu (R$ 1 212 v roku 2022). Ak je v\u0161ak zamestnanky\u0148a zamestnan\u00e1 v spolo\u010dnosti prepojenej s programom Empresa Cidad\u00e3, m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 6 mesiacov dovolenky a matersk\u00fa d\u00e1vku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maj\u00fa mu\u017ei n\u00e1rok na matersk\u00fa d\u00e1vku?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matersk\u00e1 dovolenka sa prednostne vypl\u00e1ca matke, ale v pr\u00edpade adopcie alebo p\u00e1rov rovnak\u00e9ho pohlavia je mo\u017en\u00e9, aby d\u00e1vku poberal aj otec.
